These past two weeks I covered a lot of distance including a half marathon distance and an average of 14k in just 7 runs.
Week 19
I ran 3 times with a total of 51.4k.
Run 1 Monday 19th August
A half marathon distance starting at my flat in Taplow and going into Burnham, right up to the Beeches, one loop of the Burnham Beeches Half Marathon route, back into Burnham Village and across towards Taplow to cover the final few km.
Nike App Result. Distance: 21.1km Time: 1:33:30 Avg Pace: 4'25''
Run 2 Tuesday 20th August
This was my first club social run since before Eton College so it was nice to get out and say hi to everyone. It wasn't a particularly fast pace but the distance was good and included some of the rough terrain across the Burnham Beeches.
Nike App Result. Distance: 14k Time: 1:08:01 Avg Pace: 4'51''
Run 3 Friday 23rd August
I decided to find a new route for myself towards Maidenhead so I ran up to the Thames, right along the Thames Path and towards Cliveden, left back towards Sutton Road near Bourne End and carried up into Hedsor. From there I ran towards Cliveden on the East of the River Thames and this took me up Hedsor Hill which was the toughest part of the loop. At the top I ran back to Taplow on the Cliveden Road and finished at 16.3k near Taplow Station.
Nike App Result. Distance: 16.3km Time: 1:11:29 Avg Pace: 4'23''

Motor Neurone Disease Association and have set up and fundraising page on the virgin money giving site.
Jo's grandad was a hugely popular figure in the local community hence why I am pleased a lot of the running is taking place in areas he knew well.
